Think how good it would be if you could salvage a third of your existence to alter those things that can improve your life without spending a lot of time or money? Not many people are accustomed to sleep learning, but that is what makes it all possible.

Leonid Bliznitchenko, a professor, say that sleep learning is method used to provide your brain with information and make it more easy for your brain to store that information while you are asleep as you would normally do. The method of sleep learning can be implemented or started as soon as you fall into a state of tranquil sleep.

Ancient Egyptian Priest’s was of the first to make use of special sleeping rooms where young new priests were “learned” secretive information, making use of the sleep learning method as we know it today.

It is clear that the priests did not know what caused the evident results from making use of sleep learning, but was well aware that their method increased the speed with which the new comer priests learned the secrets for their duties.

Plenty of research has been done in this regard and although we are able to understand a little bit more and better in certain instances, the exact working of sleep learning remains a mystery.

Information on sleep learning in the modern age are available from the end of the 18th century where the German, Vetterstrand conducted more intense research on the subject and 25 years later, Huxley presented his findings in a complete chapter in his 1958 book “Brave New World Revisited”.
