Mindpower Is A State Of Mind

Many people think that we actually only use about 10% of our mind’s total mind power. 10%. Can you think about what it would be like if you could actually access the 90% that remains dormant? That might produce incredible results, indeed.

It’s been thought by scientists for a long time that those with extrasensory and psychic powers in fact have these powers because they can access their minds to a fuller extent than most of the rest of us can. It’s believed that these people or either born with this increased ability, or they were able to develop their mindpower later on.

We’re not sure yet how it works, but there is ongoing research into how our own mind power can influence the world we live in.

Studies show that our minds may be able to change the world more than the world can change our minds!

‘The Secret’ and other works about the law of attraction lay out how to use mindpower to change their lives and even the world!

The law of attraction is essentially all about how cause and effect works in the realm of our thoughts. Like any other action we take, our thoughts can cause things to happen. When we develop our mindpower and learn how to focus these thoughts, we can use this cause to effect change in the world.

Through our subconscious minds, we can use our mindpower to channel the universe’s energy and tap into our natural psychic abilities; the subconscious is a very powerful thing.

The way to build your mindpower is to start communicating between your conscious and subconscious mind. There are a number of methods which you can mean to build this link and develop mindpower through allowing access to the subconscious.

Affirmations:- Affirmations are a powerful means of boosting mindpower by repeating desired outcomes until they reach your subconscious mind; your subconscious then taps into your reserves of mindpower to change your behavior, then making your goals a reality.

So for example, you may need more self-esteem. If that’s true, you may say something to yourself like, ‘I’m confident and happy’ or, you may want to extinguish a bad habit. For that, you may say something to the effect of, ‘I’m so happy I’m an ex-smoker.’

Used consistently and repeatedly, affirmations really do work to change the messages your subconscious mind integrates. By communicating directly with your subconscious mind, you tell it something different and slowly over time, it believes it. And ultimately, of course, this different belief also makes you behave differently.

Affirmations can be even more powerful than seen in these examples. Affirmations can be used to build mindpower and even change the world.

Use visualizations:- With visualization, use your mind power by closing your eyes and imagining something you want to be true. Your subconscious is very tuned in to pictures, so visualizing yourself as successful in having everything you’ve ever wanted can help make it come true. If you want new car, visualize a new car. If you want a new house, visualize a new house. Making a scrapbook of pictures that contain things you want can help give you a point of manifestation to focus on. Consistent visualization can help things truly appear in your life that you want.

You can also visualize, incidentally, that you have psychic powers. For example, visualize yourself using telepathy to communicate. Or, visualize yourself with the ability to foresee the future, or to participate in remote viewing. If you use mind power in a focused and practiced fashion, whatever you want to happen will eventually occur.

Using hypnosis:- Hypnosis is another way you can communicate with your subconscious and therefore develop your mind power. If you visit a hypnotherapist or professional hypnotist, he or she will help you achieve complete relaxation and will then suggest positive changes to your subconscious mind that you will actually remember once you come out of your hypnotic state.

You can also try a sort of ‘self hypnosis’ by listening to a recorded a hypnotherapist guide you through a session on the tape. This is somewhat advantageous to a live session, because it’s less expensive than a live session and you can also listen to the hypnotherapist again and again.

Brainwave entrainment:- This is a method of developing mindpower which uses new audio technology to attune the brainwaves to frequencies which can improve memory, stimulate the release of endorphins for pain relief and more.

Other frequencies can help you attain a meditative state quite quickly so that you can communicate with your subconscious mind and therefore further facilitate the development of mind power.

Still other frequencies can stimulate what are known as ‘chakra energy centers.’ One of these, which exists in the center of the forehead, is called the ‘third eye chakra.’ This is responsible for psychic powers.

Each and every one of us has psychic abilities naturally. These abilities normally stay in the subconscious mind and are not used. However, with the right techniques, your mindpower can be developed to the point where these latent abilities come to the surface and can be used.

It’s really more accurate to say that we unlock our mindpower more than we develop it. The 10% of our minds which we use everyday can accomplish a lot but just imagine all of the possibilities that using the other 90% can make a reality.

Why Using Subconscious Mind Power Is Amazing!

One of the best movies that sends a message about the power behind your subconscious mind has to be the Field of Dreams. You remember, it’s the story that revolves around the voice that says, ‘If you build it they will come.’ What if you asked yourself what will come? Well, actually it anything your heart (and mind) desires.

Your subconscious mind power will make you the person you want to be, create the life you want, and change things as they are to the way you want them to be; all from your subconscious mind. The mind is truly powerful and beautiful. With our subconscious minds, we can heal, transcend, feel good; or feel bad. Each of us has the power to change our worlds through the power of our subconscious minds, if we only choose to take control of them.

If you’re skeptical, you’re not alone. However, give me a chance to show you with a few examples just how awesome your subconscious mind power is. One of my favorite examples is actually from the medical field, and works on a scientific basis. It’s been documented time and time again, actually, and it’s called the ‘placebo effect.’ The medical field has coined the term ‘placebo effect’ to denote a specific type of effect. Oftentimes, for example, this term is used during medical trials. The control group is given a ‘placebo,’ which is an inert substance that has no medical benefit whatsoever as a drug might give. It’s used as a counterpoint to the other group, which gets the actual medication. This is to clearly prove any benefit (or detriment) the drug itself might give. However, both groups are told what the medication is for and what it should do for them, and neither group knows which pill they’ve gotten; placebo or actual medication.

A surprising effect happens with many, many trials. That is, those who get the placebo pill still often show similar results to those who get the actual drug. No one quite knows why, but oftentimes, the people getting the placebo show at least some benefit (perhaps not to the same intensity as the drug, but still experience benefits), even though the pill they’ve gotten has NO medical benefits whatsoever, as an inert substance. They also may experience ‘side effects’ that they’ve been told the actual medication will give them, again, even though they’ve taken an inert substance. Why is this true? These people were told what the medication would do, and if they believed they were being given the real pill, their subconscious minds often gave them the ‘benefits’ and ‘side effects’ of the real drug.

Doctors even understand the importance of using the subconscious mind. In fact, next time you go to get a new prescription from your physician, see if he/she tells you about the side effects. Most likely not, because they don’t want to throw out all the negative aspects of taking a pill. Doing so will leave you either not wanting to take it, or ending up with the side effects even if they are unbelievably rare.

Unfortunately, it has taken us far longer to reach this understanding then it should have throughout history. It was used thousands of years ago by ancient religions and then realized years later. Once we figured out that the power of suggestion combined with subconscious mind power could change anyone’s life, it was much easier to train the mind.

While focusing on your positive thoughts of the inner mind is a good approach, others tend to take a different route. In today’s world it seems that most people turn to using visualization to alter the way their mind sees things. This is can either be done by closing your eyes and picturing it, or see it in the flesh.

Once you’ve accomplished this beginning stage, let’s move on to the physical side of things. Maybe you’ve been mowing with a push mower for years and couldn’t imagine the difference if you had a riding lawn mower. Well, do the step above and picture yourself riding around cutting the grass without any exertion. Then, go down to the store where you saw it and take a picture of yourself sitting on it. Once you do this, place those pictures around your house, work, and anywhere else you deem necessary.

Even though this has been known for centuries, it’s taken our world this long to embrace it. Scientists from all around the world are beginning to understand the positive effects this can have on your life.

Then of course there are some of us who just don’t understand the way it works. If you’re into technical answers, the best one we can inform you with is that the solid subatomic level of matter turns into pure energy. This is evidence that has been proven with quantum physics and explains how you can manipulate that energy with the power of your mind.

See, it may be hard to understand your first time going over the subject, but the subconscious mind is the reason your matter and energy is obtained. In the past we believed it to be the other way around. It’s a true testament to the fact that everything is created through the mind and why the subconscious mind is so powerful.

Remember how we were talking about the past and how others used it for many years. The most predominant area was amongst ancient religions. They were able to bring clarity to life and at times even accumulate supernatural powers. After being seen levitating off the ground and performing invisibility tactics, it was a true testament to what the future would hold. Somewhere along the lines we lost touch with this innovation, but thankfully it’s back in full swing.

What it comes down to is figuring out whether or not it’s for you. If you could change your life by thinking about it, wouldn’t you at least try it? Just try it out for the next week by simply using the affirmations process. When you’ve implanted this into your daily routine, move on to the visualization techniques we discussed earlier. The end result is you’ll be training and developing the subconscious mind the way it was supposed to be used.

Methods Used In Power Of Subconscious Mind

The power of your subconscious mind is vast and capable of a lot more than you think it is. Every action you take originates in your mind whether you’re conscious of it or not. It is a major force in creative endeavors and in life shaping events.

Many of us move through our day on auto-pilot. We complete tasks by rote without even thinking about why we’re doing those things. Those actions are sub-conscious actions. A basic example of subconscious mind power at work is wondering what’s on TV. You think about it and then reach for the remote. This is a conscious action. But have you ever just switched channels without even thinking about it? This is a sub-conscious reaction.

Your sub-conscious mind acts and reacts according to the stimulus it receives, whether you recognize it or not. This can mean that negative or upsetting images on the TV can have an effect on your sub-conscious thoughts in the same way as those negative comments you tell yourself when you feel doubt have the same effect. This is the power of your subconscious mind.

Learning to properly harness to the power of your subconscious mind can mean living up to the true potential inherent within you. Allowing your own thoughts to feed your subconscious mind can mean the difference between living in fear and living the life you dreamed.

However, that same concept can be run in reverse. Thinking of the positive outcomes of an action can make them come closer to their realization. This need not be complicated, it’s not rocket science. It’s using what’s called the Law of Attraction to bring positive outcomes to your life. It’s a simple process and anyone can do it.

The first way most people do is affirmations; this is repeating ‘I can do it’ to yourself in regards to achieving a goal, much like The Little Engine That Could did in the children’s novel.

Sometimes, you need to be a bit more proactive; when faced with a task you’re putting off, affirm to yourself the positive benefits of completing the task. Remind yourself that you can do it, and think about all the things you can do when it’s done. People who mark their calendars counting down to a holiday are one example of this.

Using affirmations can help you to find the benefits of each task so the automatic response changes to become positive as you tackle it with new strength. The right affirmations can reinforce in you that you’re the right person for the job. No one can do it like you can, and completing that task will lead to bigger and better opportunities.

You can use affirmations to change other habits. People have used them to stop smoking and drinking, and to cut back on eating to lose weight. Many people have used affirmations to improve job performance, boost confidence and win over new clients. Even science has shown that this works, through behavioral studies.

There are lots of other ways that you can use the subconscious mind as well. Using a post hypnotic suggestion is one great tool to use. You can work with a certified hypnotherapist or you might want to take a look at doing sessions of self hypnosis that are available on pre-recorded hypnosis audio files as well.

Another way to harness the power of the subconscious mind is to use brainwave synchronization or binaural beats. This is where you listen to specific sound frequencies through headphones. The sounds are different within each ear and create a synchronization of the two sides of your brain. This induces a deep meditation state that accesses your subconscious mind.

Buddhist monks utilize the full power of their subconscious minds to display mastery over themselves and on occasion even the environment around them. Able to break items without pain or levitate their physical bodies, this is achieved after years of mastering their own subconscious powers.

The law of attraction, explained in films and books such as The Secret, works by learning to harness the power inside your own subconscious mind. It is possible to manifest the life you always dreamed of, or the perfect partner or the ideal job.

People are capable of a lot more than they know; and the key to using this is to tap into the full power of the subconscious mind. It’s never too late to start. Start focusing on unrelenting positivism and see the benefits unfold in your own life, today!

Your subconscious mind is a lot more powerful than you might have ever thought possible. Don’t underestimate it, and don’t overlook the benefits of using it. Not only can you change the way that your life is going, you are going to be able to change the world around you!

What Exactly Is Mind Power?

The first thing we need to get out of the way is that your mind is like a magnet. Whatever it thinks, or even sees it will eventually attract. Most of you know this as the Law of Attraction. It’s where you let the mind believe that something is going to happen (whether positive or negative) and then it does. However, it’s one of the best ways to get everything you want out of life. If you can think it, feel it and envision it first, then it will be so. Just keep in mind it takes a little practice, but your mind power is incredible!

The Law of Attraction works even if you don’t believe in it. Whether you choose to use your mind power positively or not is up to you; we only use 10% of our brain’s capacity for conscious thought, the rest is a well of untapped unconscious potential, and you’re using it now whether you admit to it or not and people who find fault in everything tend to use it to pull more trouble to them.

Your mind is the filter through which you see the real world; what you perceive and make yourself aware of is what you act upon. If you make your attitude positive, you’ll notice more positive outcomes, and you can use your subconscious mind power to draw more beneficial results to you. All you need to do is think on what you want to achieve and let that guide your actions, so every step you take is towards the furthering of the goal.

There are a few things that you can do to start to increase your existing amount of mind power. One of those things involves the use of visualization. This is a very powerful technique because it will help you to exercise your current state of mind power, and might possibly be able to ‘flip the switch on’ for you in terms of gaining more.

Now you can do these two ways. You can either visualize everything in your mind, or you can take advantage of pictures. In the beginning it may be harder to visualize things without constantly thinking about the negative things surrounding it. We always recommend making or cutting a picture and placing them anywhere you go throughout the day. The more times you see, the more times you’ll start breaking into the real power behind your mind.

If you have to, write everything down on a piece of paper, kind of like a story. Think about the goals that you have for yourself so that you have something to go with. Create your visions around those goals. When you write things down, it makes it hard for you to forget. Try doing this several times a day until it becomes a reality in the back of your mind.

Then of course our favorite is using affirmations. It’s not something that is hard to do, and are actually only positive bits of encouragement. It really doesn’t matter what it’s about as long as it’s positive and you continue to do it. An easy example is losing weight. If you encourage yourself to lose eight pounds by the end of the month, then you will. Positive things will happen if you think positive. Just remember it also works the same way with negative thoughts.

One training process that can be interesting is the use of brainwave entertainment. This is where you listen to some sort of audio frequencies to change those thoughts in your mind to positive ones. The mind is one of the best healing utilities your body has and if you can train the mind properly, you can increase this relentlessly. Maybe you’ve spent the last couple years forgetting more than you’re remembering and need a little memory boost. If you use brainwave entertainment, then it will open up that mind power. The only problem about this avenue is that it’s an advanced procedure and should only be done after you perfect those beginning stages.

Hypnosis works to enhance mind power by relaxing and getting into your subconscious mind. Take for instance those who use hypnosis to quit smoking. What do they do? They simply go to a session, relax, and listen to someone tell them over and over again that they do not want to smoke anymore, and that they no longer have the desire, they are ready to quit, and then it happens for them. All they did was get the person who did not believe in themselves to become convinced through their subconscious minds that they can quit.

What it comes down to is that everyone has mind power and can utilize its potential. The only thing needed from you is believing in yourself and understand that it will take some time to make this work to your benefit. Most of all you’re going to have to communicate your energies to everything around you and make sure you attract those positive elements. Now for the test. How much mind power do you have inside of you?

Listen to Your Voice and Unleash the Subconscious Mind

We are all aware that we have a subconscious mind. Many of us will even place the blame of our activities on the subconscious. How many of us though realize the power of the subconscious mind? It is one of our most powerful tools, and it can either be our best friend or our worse enemy. The subconscious mind ultimately controls the life you live. What exactly is the subconscious mind and why should we pay attention to what it is thinking?

Despite the best efforts of some professionals, we all acknowledge the subconscious mind. It is the mind within the mind. It is the control board that directs our actions and our thoughts. It is the voice in your head that you hear when you are faced with a difficult or challenging situation. The script that our subconscious speaks to us is as unique as each individual in the world. Your subconscious mind is not the same as mine. Even if we were raised in the same house, under the same circumstances with the same parents. Your inner voice is just that, it is yours.

What is subconscious mind power? You have heard your inner mind. When you were standing there getting ready to make a life altering decision and it talked you out of it. I would like to think that it talked you out of something that was harmful, often though that inner voice is telling a person that they can’t do something. That they won’t be able to accomplish what it is they want. They aren’t good enough, pretty enough, thin enough. The subconscious is what you think of yourself deep, deep down inside.

Take a few minutes and think about it. If you go through the day with these negatives thoughts circling within the mind, they are going to surface sooner or later. It’s the reason why you can end up having a bad day in the blink of an eye. While we can’t change that particular situation, we can help you open up the positive side of your subconscious mind.

Many people use affirmations to help change the way they think. These are positive statements that you repeat to yourself multiple times through the day. You don’t have to spend a lot of money on subliminal messaging scripts, you can do this yourself at home and it is very effective. Think about what it is you want to change about yourself.

For example, you want to lose weight. Instead of thinking you are fat, repeat to yourself that you are your perfect weight. On a piece of paper you can write down the same phrase and carry it in your pocket, you can tap it to the mirror, make a ring tone out of it, and make it a screensaver at work. The point is to repeat the message enough that the subconscious mind picks up on the fact that this is what you think and what it needs to be thinking.

There really isn’t a better way to make you understand other than showing you. Since we can’t do it here, we’ll have to tell you about one of our students who changed their life for the better. In his case, he went from having a low level income childhood to low level income adulthood. He was so used to living this way the subconscious mind only knew one way for him to live. However, after training his mind the right way, things started to change.

‘When I first heard about everything that revolved around the subconscious mind, I just laughed. It was crazy to think that what I wasn’t really thinking was actually happening even though I didn’t remember thinking it. Hopefully that sentence didn’t make any sense because I definitely felt that way in the beginning. The one morning I woke up, fell out of bed, took a shower with no soap, got stuck in traffic and ended up being late, missed a work deadline, burnt dinner, and was so overwhelmed I couldn’t sleep that night. After I went back through the day I realized I had been thinking it was going to be a bad day right from the beginning.’

Once I heard about how you could reshape the subconscious mind, everything started to make sense. In those days I was taught to live a hard life, and just make do with what I was given. Unfortunately I was never taught that I could make more money, or simply provide a stable life for my family. To make a long story short, I now train my subconscious mind to think differently. It tells me I can do anything, and it has reshaped my life in ways I only dreamed of years ago. Thank you.’

There are many stories just like this one that gives astonishing accolades about the subconscious mind. Today, you can even find movies like The Secret that explain this quantum physics phenomenon over a person’s body. In short, our subconscious mind will react with and respond to reality, which eventually causes the actions throughout the day. Basically, our subconscious mind creates our path through life.

Some of you are probably sitting there laughing or thinking this is crazy talk. Don’t worry, someone else is probably doing the same thing, but those who feel this way are usually the ones who need the most help. Seriously, if you feel this way right now your subconscious mind is giving you negative thoughts.

Let’s change that because you obviously want to start living your life a better way. If you didn’t you wouldn’t have read this entire article. The subconscious mind is a fickle subject, but one that has unlimited potential if you use it properly. It doesn’t matter if you need to make more money, budget better, or spend more time with the kids. Why? Well, because you can do all these things by simply training the subconscious mind to think the right way.
