How To Make Your Face Acne Free

Acne implies pimples, whiteheads and blackheads that show in a person face. This is especially common during the teenage years. But acne could come out any time without warning. These are some suggestions on how to get rid of acne permanently :

To eradicate the bacteria, you could use soap, gel or cream that contains benzoyl peroxide twice a day. Benzoyl peroxide is very effective against Propionibacterium acnes. Do not be too liberal in using the solution because it can irritate and make your skin sensitive.

If you utilize this solution you should take it along a non-comedogenic moisturizer. If your skin is still sensitive to it then use a much lower dosage of benzoyl peroxide. Proceed with caution when applying this solution because it can bleach hair and fabric such as a brown boot.

Use products with triclosan or chlorhexidine gluconate content. This chemical is also capable of eradicating Propionibacterium acnes. They are not as effective as benzoyl peroxide. However, they do not cause skin irritations. You should also use clove oil. This oil is another effective antidote against Propionibacterium acnes.

The ideal solution for acne treatment is 5 percent sulfur and 10 percent sodium sulfacetamide. This chemicals can reduce acne without any side effects. Sulfur is keratolytic which shows properties like salicylic acid.

Apply the solutions continuously. The results do not show quickly. You may have to wait two to eight weeks before you can notice any marked difference. Just continue the treatment even if results are not obvious yet.

Upon first application of these solutions, you might notice your acne breaking out. Do not be alarmed. This is normal. What happened is the skin is regenerating faster. That is why, acne pimples that are once hidden would show. When acne comes out, do not let go of the medications. Wait until this phase passes.

Because, after all, its not so easy to paint on lipstick that will stay in place for more than five minutes. But you should set your goals much higher.
