self management more….

Before I give you my arsenal of my favourite web tools that almost certainly help you to work remotely, I need to alert you to one more point related to self discipline and specifically to do with maintaining your focus and levels of concentration

I’ve uncovered and verified a common habit in contacts who work on the Internet and I’ve been in contact with for over a long time line and I call this trait the 50 min effect. I spotted these colleagues who focus and work for 50 minutes and then kick back for a whole 10 minute break and are a significant order of magnitude more effective and produce a substantially greater quality of work than men and women who don’t have such distinct working methods.

OK as promised here is my list of choice remote working online services:

Electronic Mail

Google Mail won’t cost you a penny. But in my opinion the search & label (similar to folders) functions are second to none. The downside is it can be a bit slow on older machines

Phone calls

Skype
occasionally drove me to despair as the service performance was unacceptable, but a big pat on the back for the software tech’s at Skype now as they have considerably refined the quality of the service. For few dollars a quarter Skype lets me call and conference in any telephone and Skype user in the world. The latest edition of Skype has a mass of really good functions and there are now plenty of of practical add ons.

Organising Content

Evernote
has acquired more than a million users in a very short space of time – it lets you to store, organise and annotate any type of digital content up on the Internet. Just go check it out…it’s free.

Invoicing, Time and Expenses capture, Accounting and CRM

You surely know that my calling to work remotely was originally motivated by Quickbooks Online, a small business accounting software system. But it is shadowed by the free edition of salesorder.com – a lead to cash system that’s as easy to use as a pencil I looked at NetSuite whose pricing (and people) scared me off. My choice here is salesorder.com – Go check it out.

Something a lot of us has gone through is that of a jilted lover who wants their ex back. Wanting someone back after a breakup. That is one of the hardest things you will have to experience. To want someone back, but they want nothing to do with you.So what is there to do about the situation?

If you have lost your boyfriend where can you learn how to get ex boyfriend back.  There are a lot of places.  You will hear relationship advice all over. Most likely the first thing you must realize is that this will involve you using some form of psychology. Now what I am talking about doesn’t mean you will use some sneaky mind control tricks. But they are extremely effective.

First off you must know the real reason why they left. There could of been a lot of reasons.  That reason is what you have to know.Because some of the methods you shall you will portray you as not having that problem for them to deal with anymore. So you must not beg and plea for them to forgive you and come back.  You have to act as if it isn’t important to you.But you are going to have to prove to them that their reasons for leaving are gone.  This is a deep subject but if you want to learn how to get ex back, you will have to learn it.

Now if what you are facing is a lost girlfriend, you have to know why.  Were you being a the male jerk?Did you sleep with someone else.  Once again you are going to have to prove that those problems are gone. But you can’t force it upon them. You must use some techniques that will bring them back to you. Then you will next try to portray yourself as changed.  That is just the first step if you want to learn how to get ex girlfriend back.

These are just the first steps of many.  There is much to do to get your ex back. You are going to have to learn some secrets from some good relationship advice books.  Then you might get your goal of getting them back.

Learn How To Win Her Back

If you want to know how to win her back more than anything else at the moment, I might be able to help you here. I don’t know the details of your split. Whether you dumped her or she dumped you, but I know how to win a woman back. I also was dumped a while ago and I know only too well how it hurts.

My life in general was overcome by the fact that we’d split. It came as a surprise to me as I (stupidly) thought things were going ok. As the male of the species, we tend to take our woman & relationship for granted after a while. And that sometimes results in our downfall.

When we broke up, I didn’t have the first idea how to get my wife back. I just knew I wanted to. I was doing all the stuff you are doing now. Trawling around the net looking for info. I was looking for a complete solution but all I was finding was little bits of the answer which I had no clue how to put together.

I wasn’t naive enough to think I might just discover a magic bullet or spell or something that would show me how to win her back. But I knew I needed a plan, something I could follow step by step. I was also acutely aware of the fact that if I didn’t get my act together she might be lost forever.

I eventually ended up on a site advertising an ebook that “guaranteed” I’d get my wife back. I’m pretty doubtful but interested at this point. I thought who cares? May as well give it a try. After all, I had little left to lose, but maybe something to gain.

I didn’t really know what to expect but I definitely wasn’t expecting a section on psychological mind games. Oh boy was I gonna lay some psycho babble mumbo jumbo on my ex. It actually turned out the psychological tactics were so subtle she never had a clue. It certainly wasn’t the deep hypnosis stuff I was concerned it might been.

But that doesn’t mean the psycho tactics were not effective, oh no! They worked like a charm. I followed the steps in the system and made first contact with my ex. The system shows you how to do this in complete detail. She got in touch with me (refer to the psycho tactics) and we met up for coffee. Using the system advice I was in total control of this and every future situation.

I was manipulating every meeting we had. My ex did not know this and to this day, still doesn’t realise I was (and still am) doing it. I know that if we ever split again I have the ammunition to win my ex back if I want to.

You can choose one of two paths to take now if you want to win her back. You can do as you are now and blindly stumble forward hoping for a lucky break. Or arm yourself with a step by step system that will show you how to win her back, and keep her where you want her.

Remote Working Part 2 – Self discipline essentials

Quickbooks online

The main reason workers fail to succeed at working remotely is they don’t see the neccesity of first class organisation and solid self discipline.

I have been toiling remotely for more than six years since I first discovered Quickbooks online an ‘on demand’ small business accounting software online system and was amazed by the fact that if you can do accounting online then why shouldn’t it be viable to perform other key types of of work away from the conventional office?

Whilst working remotely has many benefits there are numerous mistakes that people make which turn into problems that result in cuts in work output and reduced morale. The most cited reason for decreases in effectiveness in remote professionals is disturbance and it is a confirmed and well known fact that it can take a employee up to twenty minutes to establish their original output level after experiencing a distraction.

Deeper insights reveal that men and women who are consistently subjected to interruptions are more likely to be susceptible to decreased memory capacity and are prone to developing mental health problems in later life. We live in an over communicated environment and it is imperative that you know the issues this causes before you decide to work remotely. When operating remotely you have to do everything feasible to mitigate the probability of being disturbed.

Here are things that really do work:

1, Get a routine, tell everyone about it and rigidly adhere to it!

Good examples are a regular time of day when you check or compose and reply to mail and make or receive phone conversatiions. Before I began working remotely I used to get in the region of hundreds of e-mails a day. Now I think I am unfortunate if I receive more than four. To ’reset’ my electronic mail experience I altered my e-mail address and tenaciously took precautions to shield the details being made known to anyone. I then educated every party who I gave my e-mail address to, to use it with special care. I also created an auto-responder that swiftly informed anyone sending me mail my schedule for attending to mail and if an e-mail must have my immediate consideration to mark it as ‘Urgent’.

2. Get rid of alerts.

Turn off every possible mechanism that can send you a visual or audible alert. This includes portable and
ordinary telephones and forms of alerts from e-mail such as visual alerts, audible warnings, display changes to your inbox folder and of course facing a window. Get a door on your work place and put up a ‘do not disturb’ sign on it.

In ‘Remote Working Part 3 – ‘Tools of the trade’’ I will reveal my favourite tools and software.

Stopping Gum Disease is Important…

Filed under: Uncategorized — Tags: — jobself @ 5:39 am

hydro floss

We hear about gum disease frequently. Information to educate us is widespread. We don’t think about it until we encounter the symptoms. The fact is it is caused by bacteria that settles in your mouth and attacks the gums.

After bacteria has settled for a while, it spreads to the gum tissues that connect with the teeth, when it attacks, the know term for this is periodontal disease. This is another stage of gum disease if untreated.

Over time the bacteria forms into plaque. It then attaches itself to the teeth and continues thickening. To help fight off this thick texture on your teeth you can take oral hygiene measures. Be sure to not only brush in the mornings, brush every time you complete a meal. It is also a good practice to use dental floss. Plaque can also be controlled by sticking to your twice a year visits to your dentist. During your professional cleanings, the plaque will be scaled off.

A healthy tip, that will help avoid the progressive phases, is to practice good daily oral hygiene. This not only includes brushing and flossing. Annual check ups with a professional, who examines your mouth and performs cleanings is necessary. During cleanings, plaque is scraped away. Without this procedure, plaque turns into a hard substance, fixing itself to the teeth. This is referred to as tarter, and it is really hard to remove.

If you have tarter build up, you need to seek help of a dentist. If you don’t, you will run the risk of further damage. The tissue will begin to deteriorate causing the teeth to get lose and detach.

If you’ve experienced these symptoms, it’s not too late.
