Memories Of The Past Can Heal Your Present

When one considers that reincarnation is accepted in practically all religions including Christianity, Buddhism and Hinduism to name just a few, then we are forced to acknowledge the fact that the belief in past lives is extremely far reaching. Surprisingly enough though, is the fact that while such vast numbers of people are interested in their past life or lives, only an extremely small percentage of these people want to study their past lives in order to improve the life they are living now.

What lures most people to explore their past lives is the intriguing nature of it. Somewhat like living a real life science fiction movie, remembering our past lives is a little off the beaten path to say the least. The thing to consider is that Past Life Regression can benefit us greatly in our present life.

Research has shown that Past Life Regression yields good results in the treatment of emotional problems. There is no doubt that you can make a positive change in your life by remembering your past life and the bad experiences you had in that time period..

Normally you would go to a professional on Past Life Regression for a hypnosis session, but you can do this through self-hypnosis also. Try simple affirmations to help you. You need your subconscious mind to accept that it is okay to remember your past lives as it is more normal for you to ‘block out’ these memories.

It is vitally important before you begin a past life regression therapy session that you believe a few things.

Your previous life is a part of your current life. The memories are locked away deep in the subconscious and need a little help from the outside to bring them to the surface.

Simply knowing about your previous life is nothing. This new knowledge should be used practically in this life to produce positive change.

Being able to learn from mistakes made in a past life can by all means help you to avoid making similar mistakes all over again in this life.

For some people there is no way that they can believe in reincarnation or past lives. That is not to say that even these people will not benefit from past life regression. Even if you believe that, it is your imagination you can still change your life for the better and avoid the mistakes you remember making.

There are two basic reasons why most experts in the field will advise you to go through with some Past Life Regression, irrespective of what your beliefs may be.

*If you can benefit from the sessions by taking what you learned and changing your life then it stands to reason this was a past life experience.

*Apart from the issue of believing in past life experiences, PLR sessions can very often lead to beneficial results by clearing away mental clutter within ones mind.

What are the possible benefits to past life regression therapy?

*Our present life is often influenced through emotional upsets of a past life and PLR effectively heals those old injuries.

*We can think more clearly and make better decisions due to this experience.

*When you remember past life mistakes, you are more prepared to avoid them in this life. For example, you may have been very mean to someone in a past life. Knowing this will aid you in not doing it again

*You have potential that you do not realize you have. Exploring your past live will make you see a talent or skill that may be buried deep in your subconscious. Discovering this could change your outlook on life forever.

*Have you ever wandered where you get your personality from or why you are so emotional? PLR in many cases, allows us to find the questions to these answers.

Try it and see what it can do for you, you have nothing to lose. It just may be the key you need to change your life in a way that you have always dreamed of.
